I have stayed at this hotel recently only because the neighbouring hotel was sold out. Firstly when you walk into the hallways it smells like you are staying in a cheap motel, the staff for breakfast are not friendly they ran out of breakfast for a while and when I asked they showed attitude. I wouldn't go back to this hotel for the money they charge at all. not impressed pay less and stay at a better hotel the holiday inn next door. or go up a bit to the Hilton garden inn. this hotel needs work and a better breakfast program. |

Lots for kids to do and to stay entertained (pool, gym, media & games room). Beds not the most comfy, but decent breakfast and coffee. Front desk lady recommended good restaurant (Thai Sense) on Lakeshore. |

Front Desk : 1/5 -very clueless ... and when asked for room service from her, it doesn't happen
Services: 2/5 housecleaning service is also slow --- have to wait 15 minutes or more to get anything |
