The renovations in recent years have made it even better, There's a great splash pad, swings, lots of varied climbers for kids of all ages, Tons of greenspace, benches, washrooms and picnic benches, volleyball court, long beach access to the lake.

There is a lot of room here and on a sunny summer afternoon it a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. There are walking trails, a bandshell, a splash park, a playground, barbecue pits and more. Lots to see and do and plenty of open space to kids to kick back and run free. This is also the location of the annual Polar Bear Dip on New Year's Day! |

Wish it had extra picnic benches and they could do something about the stink of Geese-poop.
Bring your own chairs. Bring plenty of sports activities since there's ample room to play. On weekends in summer, try and arrive by 11-11:30 otherwise finding parking is very hard. |
