Name: Clara Smith Rating: 5 Date: 2017-05-02 Review: I was undecided as to what style of tile I needed for my modern new kitchen. I asked Kathy McIntosh to help me figure out what I should do. She pointed out an amazing large tile and said I should put under my fan and the rest of the room do a subway tile which was mat and had texture. I was so excited, when I told her I loved the idea -- when she checked stock there were none left. She was so determined that I get that tile she called all the other stores as well as the people who borrowed the tile to return them to the store and located 2 other tiles on boards which I may add Lance took off for me. As well Lance was very pleasant and was an amazing help in this situation. These people were with out a doubt first class and went out of their way to make sure I left there happy. Every time I go in the Oakville store I find this staff very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am thrilled when Kathy did not stop trying to get the tile for me as there was another order coming the end of May and my tilers were due to install in a few days. Thank you for your determination Kathy and Lance for being as helpful as you were. I cant imagine getting this service from other retail stores.
I highly recommend this store as not only their products are out of this world, but the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
I will certainly purchase my tiles from Factory Tile Depot after this fantastic experience.

Name: Jason Stanley Rating: 5 Date: 2017-06-22 Review: We redid a backsplash and fireplace wall using Tile Depot. Kim was a saint. We didn't know what we were doing and Kim offered us lots of suggestions as we decided between 30-some tiles.
I don't think there's another store that would help so much. They were great.
If you want one on one help, I would suggest visiting during a weekday.
A plus is that they're open Sunday. That came in very handy as others are closed.
I look forward to our next renovation! |
